Qualifications

• Proven sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospects identified directly as well as referrals from realtors and other sources.
• Explains mortgage products and services and offers recommendations.
• Guides customers through the mortgage application process.
• Ensures applications are complete with required information and documents.
• Manages expectations regarding processing times and closings.
• Underwrites loans within authority and coordinates with underwriters and processors.
• Communicates loan decisions and necessary conditions to customers.
• Attends closings as needed and supports post-closing activities.
