Satori Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to build and manage your own lending business within a national team. You’ll have access to the lender network and real-time guidance, while still owning your pipeline and closing loans.

You’ll be supported by a culture that values hands-on coaching, rapid response, and shared success, with no income caps and robust development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with the ability to generate and grow a personal mortgage loan pipeline.
• Experience with loan origination and building referral networks is a plus, though not required.
• Strong communication and client service skills to guide borrowers through the process.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own business, developing relationships with agents and clients.
• Close funded loans and convert opportunities into actual loans.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage training to stay ahead in the market.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, bootcamps, and real-time knowledge sharing.
