Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining relationships with members, realtors, and builders, and promoting Credit Union services. Located at 21st Ave, the position is exempt/non-exempt and full-time.

Qualifications

• Interviews, takes applications, and processes preliminary documentation on loan requests.
• Discusses loan alternatives, credit criteria, and documentation to elicit member responses.
• Keeps up with lending standards, legal requirements, and local real estate trends.
• Knowledge of Credit Union loan policies, products, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interview and process loan applications and discuss alternatives with members.
• Provide timely updates and approvals/denials with clear explanations.
• Counsel members on money management and loan options.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services and maintain member relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports for the department.
