Qualifications

• Strong ability to develop external business via referral partners (realtors, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and confirms collateral and credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and contact frequency with partners and clients.
• Makes sales calls to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Cross-sells bank products and services.
• Reviews surveys and appraisals to address issues.
