- 1 year mortgage lending experience with proven production
- Abundant mortgage experience developing external business through referrals
Responsibilities
- Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting
- Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data and determines qualification
- Maintains contact with loan customers and progress of loan documentation
- Structures loan to comply with lending practices and regulations
- Establishes a detailed marketing plan and network of referral sources
- Answers calls and walk-in customers regarding loan products and qualification
- Makes sales calls to develop new business or retain existing business
- Cross-sells other Regions bank products and services
- Reads surveys/appraisals and addresses any issues
- Participates in networking to promote loan products
