Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.
• Experience developing external business via referrals (realtors, builders, financial planners).

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests, analyzes financial data, and determines qualification of collateral and customer credit history.
• Maintains contact with loan customers, communicates progress and obtains documentation.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and Federal regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plan including potential clients and frequency of contact.
• Makes sales calls to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Cross-sells other bank products and services.
