Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking an established Mortgage Originator to verify and process residential loan applications, explain loan options to clients, and ensure data completeness and compliance across files.

The role requires state licensing, 2–5 years of experience, and active NMLS status. Travel may be involved, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years of mortgage origination experience preferred.
• Must meet one of the following: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix training, or origination mentor assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs mortgage loan applications.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications to verify data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Maintains current, valid NMLS license or appointment.
