Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Originator. You will verify and compile loan applications, explain home loan options, and review files for accuracy.

The role requires a valid NMLS license and state licensing compliance, with 2–5 years’ experience preferred. You may travel to meet clients, coordinate with internal departments, and help drive successful financings.

Qualifications

• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
• Two to five years’ experience in mortgage origination preferred.
• Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• May require traveling to meet clients and close loans.
