Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an experienced originator to verify and input mortgage loan applications, discuss loan options with clients, and ensure data accuracy against standards.

The role requires NMLS licensing and the ability to liaise with internal departments to maintain smooth workflow. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, licensing, and either active funding of 2+ loans per month, Xinnix training, or a mentor-backed pathway.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: funding more than 2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or origination mentor assigned by branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of their home loan options.
• Reviews residential loan application file to verify data completeness and standards.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
