Mortgage Loan Officer - Remote (PA, NJ, VA, NC, SC, FL)
Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to guide clients seamlessly through the entire mortgage process. What You'll Do:
- Originate and Grow: Proactively generate new mortgage loan applications through diverse channels, including referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
- Advise and Guide: Consult with prospective borrowers to deeply understand their financial goals and expertly guide them in selecting the most suitable loan products.
- Analyze and Qualify: Conduct thorough analysis of applicants' financial information, credit history, and income to determine loan eligibility and present viable options.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Efficiently manage a pipeline of loan applications, ensuring timely and smooth processing from initial submission to successful closing.
- Stay Ahead: Continuously maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate and compliant advice.
What You'll Bring:
- Active NMLS License: A current and active Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) license in good standing.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 18 months of recent, successful experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, with a demonstrated track record of quantifiable loan production results.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of various mortgage products (e.g., Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA) and relevant lending regulations.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and nurture strong client and referral relationships, complemented by a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for continuous achievement.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) and CRM systems.
