Job summary

Nations Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Partner to assist loan officers through the mortgage application process. You will collect documents, communicate with clients, and support the sales team to grow the loan book.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or administrative/customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
• Leads provided daily.
• Licensing training and licensing costs covered by the company.
• Ongoing mentorship and support from an experienced team.

As a Loan Partner, you will play an important role in assisting our loan officers with the mortgage application process. You will work closely with clients, gather necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth and efficient loan application experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist loan officers in filling out and finalizing mortgage loan applications.
• Contact clients to collect required paperwork, like income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
• Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the sales team with finding new customers and managing existing ones.
• Answer customer questions and update them on their loan status.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
• Previous experience in mortgage lending, sales, or administrative/customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
