Job summary

West Capital Lending, Inc. is seeking a motivated Loan Officer to guide clients through the loan application process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

You will review financial documents, explain loan products and terms, and coordinate with underwriters to move files toward approval. Build strong client relationships and meet sales goals while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in financial services (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting processes, and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to assess financial documents and analyze creditworthiness.

About the Company:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Loan Officer, you will play a key role in assisting clients with the loan application process, evaluating financial backgrounds, and offering suitable loan products. You will work with clients to ensure that their financial needs are met, while ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.

About the Role:

Achieve individual and team sales goals by promoting and closing loan products.
