The Platz Group is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Everett, WA to originate and close residential loans with excellence and speed. This partnership role offers leadership opportunities and the chance to become the primary mortgage partner for a high-performing real estate sales team.

You will collaborate with agents to pre‑approve, close buyers, and eventually build and lead a branch or production pod, while sustaining strong referral relationships and delivering an outstanding

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license and a solid track record in residential lending.

• High integrity, strong communication skills, and team‑first mentality
