Metroplex Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Loan Coordinator (Loan Partner) to help guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience. Mortgage experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. We provide training and support for individuals looking to build a long-term career in mortgage operations.

Successful team members may advance into Loan Officer Assistant, Processing, Operations, or Production roles as the company continues to grow.

This is a full-time, in-office position located at 8622 N Himes Avenue in Tampa, Florida. Metroplex offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.

Ideal candidates may come from banking, insurance, customer service, real estate, title, hospitality, retail management, administrative support, or mortgage backgrounds.

Compensation: Base salary plus performance incentives. Expected annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience and performance.
