You will build strong relationships with area realtors and referral sources to grow the bank's mortgage business while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service. You will manage the loan process from application through closing, educate clients on loan options, and collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to achieve timely funding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a professional sales environment in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Grow Your Pipeline by networking with realtors, builders, financial planners, and referral sources.
• Close More Deals by identifying needs and guiding clients from application to closing.
• Be the Go-To Expert by educating customers on loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver White-Glove Service through in-office or on-site consultations for a seamless borrowing experience.
• Maximize Cross-Selling by referring customers to deposit accounts, wealth management, and other services.
• Own the Loan Process by coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely funding.
