Job summary

IMB is seeking a full-time loan partner to guide applicants toward mortgage readiness and support them through the loan process. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong service to clients from application to closing.

Responsibilities include client communication, documentation review, pipeline support for the MLO, and helping market the loan officer's business. Prior mortgage experience and proficiency with Encompass are important.

Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented with strong organizational and compliance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client relations.
• Mortgage knowledge including loan products, underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for borrowers from application to closing.
• Collect, review, and organize loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support the MLO with pipeline management and status updates.
• Assist with calendars, appointments, and marketing campaigns to grow the loan officer's business.
• Help applicants become mortgage-ready by reviewing initial financials.
• Communicate with clients via phone and text daily.
• Structure loan programs in Encompass LOS and stay engaged with clients through offers.
