Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NMLS License preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in customer service or similar role preferred.
• 0–2 years mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of assets, income, and credit.

Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documents.
• Keep up-to-date with loan program guidelines and pricing.
• Document client conversations in loan origination software and CRM.
• Provide daily/weekly status updates to originators and leadership.
• Assist clients with Origination system (Octane).
• Collect and submit vendor validations from borrowers.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Process borrower documents accurately and timely.
