Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Originator/Loan Officer to help clients explore home loan options and guide them through the financing process.

You will verify applications, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure compliance while maintaining excellent client communication. A valid state license and experience funding loans are preferred.

Formación

• Must have applicable state licensing.
• Two to five years’ experience preferred.
• Must meet one of: actively funding >2 loans/month, Xinnix Training for LO, or Origination mentor assigned to LO by branch who funds >2 loans/month.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise the client of home loan options.
• Reviews loan application to verify data completeness and compliance.
• Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
