Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to support the Greater Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA markets. This in-office role involves recommending loan solutions, managing client relationships, and coordinating mortgage transactions with internal and external stakeholders.

You will analyze customer financial information, ensure compliance, and actively pursue opportunities to grow the client base. Strong knowledge of banking products and sales experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manages a portfolio of customer relationships; seeks opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients; responsible for sales calls.
• Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; reviews documentation to ensure compliance; manages customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
