Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Loan Advisor in the Columbia, MD area to serve as an inside sales professional in our Call Center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, discuss financial objectives, and guide customers through the loan application process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes applicant information to determine loan program eligibility.
• Takes the initial loan application and discusses financial objectives with customers.
• Clearly communicates loan program terms and the loan process.
• Ensures all required documents are returned and disclosures signed in a timely manner.
• Follows the sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant.
• Meets or exceeds Sales KPI’s set by Management.
• Maintains professional image and regular attendance.
