Job summary

The Fay Group, including Genstone Financial, seeks a seasoned sales leader to manage a team of Account Executives responsible for mortgage loan originations. You will drive production by implementing sales strategies, optimizing lead conversions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a hybrid work model.

You will oversee pipeline efficiency, partner with internal teams, and design ongoing training to maintain top sales practices and product knowledge in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years mortgage sales and operations.
• 3+ years managing people and leading teams.
• Proven ability to manage inside sales teams and drive loan production.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM platforms and sales technology tools.
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team of Account Executives who drive loan production.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
• Monitor pipeline efficiency and collaborate with internal teams.
• Create and administer ongoing training programs for the Account Executive team.
