Job summary

Kelley Kronenberg seeks an experienced Foreclosure Hearing Coordinator to provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in our high-volume Florida mortgage foreclosure practice, coordinating hearings, depositions, and mediations while meeting firm deadlines.

You will manage attorney calendars, file documents, communicate with court personnel and clients, and maintain case files with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in legal, foreclosure, or litigation support.
• Experience with Florida E-Filing Portal and hearing-setting platforms.
• Proficiency with mortgage client systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in a high-volume foreclosure practice.
• Coordinate and schedule hearings, court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with judicial assistants, opposing counsel, clients, and court personnel to secure hearing dates.
• Prepare and process legal documents, including Notices of Hearing and Notices of Deposition.
• File pleadings electronically and manage case calendars.
