Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.

• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.

This isa great opportunityfor self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, traveling locally, and managing their own schedule. Inspections may include exterior occupancy checks, and occasional interior vacant or damage inspections.
This contract position performs mortgage field inspections in assigned counties throughoutMN. Inspectors are not required to cover the entire state. Coverage areas will be determined based on your location and availability.
