GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies in Franklin County, NY. This 1099 contract role requires travel within your territory and offers flexible scheduling with the option of part-time or full-time work.

Inspectors assess occupancy, photograph property conditions, and complete reports via InspectorADE. No license is required, and onboarding includes HUD/Inspector Keys and Shield ID access as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance to travel in your territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android).
• Computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID (Aspen Grove ABC#).
• HUD/Inspector Keys provided via GIS onboarding links.
• Voltstick.
• Selfie stick.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using the InspectorADE mobile app.
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
