Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc. is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections for mortgage companies across Arizona. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and local travel.

You will inspect occupancy, document property conditions, take photos, and complete reports using InspectorADE on a mobile device. Training and support are provided, and earnings are contingent on activity and territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle covered by auto insurance to travel within territory.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) and computer with internet access.
• Printer and basic office supplies are helpful.
• Ability to obtain Shield ID and HUD/InspectorKeys if onboarding with GIS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for existing mortgage loans.
• Determine occupancy status (occupied or vacant).
• Photograph and document property condition.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate with Inspection Relations Coordinator.
