Ocrolus is seeking a Mortgage Forward-Deployed Engineer (Encompass) to bridge product and customer needs. You will work in the field with clients, write production code, and help lenders reimagine their workflows using our platform.

You’ll collaborate with Account Management, implementation, and onboarding teams, reporting to the Lead Forward‑Deployed Engineer. Expect travel, ownership from day one, and direct customer impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• 3+ years of background in mortgage or lending workflows.
• Strong understanding and experience with Encompass.
• Strong consultative sales/account management approach—map technology to business challenges.

Aufgaben

• Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during post-sales, embedding with customer teams to improve mortgage origination workflows.
• Review and consult on technical solutions, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Build and support technical solutions and integrations for mortgage clients using Ocrolus, Encompass, and other LOS platforms.
• Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements to demonstrate ROI quickly.
• Troubleshoot issues in live environments and restore functionality.
• Partner with Account Management and Product teams to deliver value and influence roadmap.
• Travel occasionally (~30–50%) to customer sites and industry events.
