Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Branch Disclosure Specialist to review loan files, prepare disclosures, and deliver the documents to consumers. You will work daily with CCM customers, Loan Originators, and Production Managers to ensure accurate and timely disclosures and loan submissions.

The role requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of RESPA/TRID, TILA-RESPA, and mortgage industry practices.

Qualifications

Experience with RESPA/TRID.
Experience in the mortgage industry.
Knowledge of TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.
FHA/VA/USDA knowledge a plus.
Excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Review documents and entire loan files and work to prevent problems by highlighting deficiencies and then notifying the mortgage loan officer.
Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information from CCM customers, as necessary, via phone, email, etc.
Prepare disclosures and re-disclosures within 3 days of application or Change of Circumstance.
Verify accuracy of fees to mitigate TRID and RESPA violations.
Upload Disclosures to Encompass.
Review Compliance Review, revise any changes to obtain a pass.
Review for HPML, Safe Harbor and Rebuttable Presumption.
Answer Disclosure emails timely and accurately.
Communicate with all partners including Sales, Processing, Closing and Underwriting as needed.
