Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mortgage default, collections, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience with bankruptcy servicing or operational experience.
• Prior experience in a credit union or community bank preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of bankruptcy, escrow, and mortgage default department.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of legal documents.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to minimize loss on defaults.
• Liaison between internal teams, creditors, and court officials.
