SC Housing seeks a Collections and Foreclosure Services Manager to lead Default, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy functions within Mortgage Servicing. The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and timeliness under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related field with at least three years of housing finance/real estate experience.
• Minimum three years of supervisory, managerial or team-lead experience; related education can substitute for experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead Default, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure and Bankruptcy functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare periodic internal/external reports.
• Provide guidance to staff and customers regarding delinquent loan servicing.
• Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and lender handbooks; adapt processes as needed.
• Stays informed on government and private mortgage insurer guidelines and handbooks.
