TEKsystems in Troy, MI seeks an agent to handle 45–60 inbound mortgage servicing calls daily. You will be the primary contact for inquiries from borrowers, insurers, and institutions, answering questions on payments, escrow, and homeowners insurance.

Hybrid work setup after 45 days of on-site training, with 3 days remote and 2 days on-site. The role demands accurate documentation, strong problem-solving, and empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 45-60 inbound customer calls per day, with call volume fluctuating based on business needs. Average call duration ranges from 2 to 7 minutes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming mortgage servicing inquiries from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
• Respond to questions related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, homeowners insurance coverage, and other servicing-related matters.
• Research customer inquiries across multiple systems and accurately document all interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional service while meeting established quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
• Resolve customer concerns by utilizing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify appropriate solutions.
• Navigate multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including borrowers, insurance providers, and financial institutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellent service.

On-site training for the first 45 days, afterwards set-up is Hybrid with 3 days WFH and 2 days on-site.

Offices are located in Troy, MI and Daytona Beach, Florida

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
