TEKsystems is seeking a contract Mortgage Servicing Data Analyst in West Des Moines, IA, offering a hybrid work arrangement. The role emphasizes data analysis, MSP data translation, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to drive accurate loan data and reporting.

Strong Excel skills and communication are required. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to implement data-driven processes, transfer loan data, and support mortgage servicing initiatives.

Desired skills: Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending; working knowledge of MSP; experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion; effective verbal and written communication; strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability; project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives; strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills; demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors; excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills; proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives; and proficiency in Excel. Strengths include attention to details, adaptability, sound judgment, and capacity to manage priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
