LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our Warwick, RI office. This is a 100% on-site role with an annual salary range of $55,000–$68,000 plus bonus.

The analyst will review mortgage pre-qualification submissions, verify documentation, and support underwriting decisions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years underwriting (Non-QM preferred) and 3+ years processing experience, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for broker interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years underwriting experience, Non-QM preferred.
• 3+ years processing experience preferred.
• Rendering credit decisions aligned with internal policies.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting terminology.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with brokers/LOs.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and guidelines.
• Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze documentation for pre-qualification to ensure it meets LendSure guidance.
• Prepare and submit files for initial disclosures.
• Review files for initial underwriting approval and conditions.
• Analyze complex tax returns as needed.
• Collaborate with underwriting, doc/funding, QC, and senior management.
• Communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
