Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of alternative documentation loan programs (Bank Statement, DSCR, P&L Only, etc.)
• Strong understanding of compliance guidelines (ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and underwrite Non-QM mortgage loans including various alternative documentation products.
• Analyze credit, income, assets, collateral, and borrower qualifications.
• Provide clear communication regarding loan decisions and guidelines.
