Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Less than one year of collections experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in Banking or Mortgage/Loan Servicing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate borrower’s ability to pay and collect financial information.
• Counsel borrowers on alternative solutions.
• Contact borrowers using automated dialing system.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and explain required documents.
