Responsibilities

• Serve as the first escalation point for issues requiring resolution.
• Analyze issues, identify solutions, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Improve processes and execution of collateral analysts’ daily work.
• Establish goals, deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Lead department initiatives and special projects as SME.
• Provide data-driven support to clear collateral and loan transactions.
