Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process closing-related wire transactions and mortgage payoff disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and fraud prevention procedures.
• Support closing teams with accurate funding and lien payoff.
• Review loan files, funding packages for completeness and data integrity, required documentation, approval signatures, and closing conditions prior to funding.
• Prepare, review, and distribute Closing Disclosures (CDs), redisclosures, escrow statements, payoff requests, and other mortgage documents.
• Initiate, verify, reconcile, and track wire transfers, loan proceeds, payoffs, and disbursements; communicate funding status to stakeholders.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and perform administrative support to senior closing staff.
