Inter, por meio do time de recrutamento, procura um Mortgage Closer I para atuar presencialmente em Miami. Você liderará fechamentos, será referência em TRID/RESPA e assegurará conformidade com regras estaduais, trabalhando comclosers, processamento e underwriting.

O papel exige experiência de 5+ anos, inglês fluente e disponibilidade para atuar no local. Você também orientará a equipe, apoiará melhorias de processos e manterá um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, com foco em qualidade,

Qualifications

• Pelo menos 5+ anos de experiência como mortgage closer.
• Conhecimento sólido de TRID, RESPA e documentos de fechamento.
• Capacidade de orientar e treinar closers e membros da equipe.

Responsibilities

• Conduzir e revisar fechamentos do início ao fim: disclosures, declarações de settlement, título, seguro e condições finais.
• Ser referência técnica sobre regulamentação e conformidade de fechamento (TRID, RESPA e regras estaduais).
• Guiar e treinar closers e demais membros da equipe, compartilhando conhecimento e melhores práticas.
• Apoiar processamento e underwriting para resolver questões antes do fechamento.
• Revisar e melhorar processos e controles de fechamento para maior eficiência.
• Preparar e validar wires e funding, seguindo controles internos.
• Contribuir para um ambiente de equipe saudável, respeitoso e colaborativo.

As a Mortgage Closer I, your mission is to make sure every closing is done the right way: efficient, on time and fully compliant. You will be the go-to reference on closing, regulation and compliance for closers, processing and other stakeholders. Beyond the technical side, you will help build a positive, healthy and collaborative work environment, where people learn from each other and grow together.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review closings end to end: Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, title, insurance and final conditions.
• Be the team's technical reference on closing regulation and compliance (TRID, RESPA and state rules).
• Guide and train closers, post-closers and other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Support processing and underwriting to solve issues before they reach closing.
• Review and improve our closing processes and controls to make them more efficient.
• Prepare and validate wires and funding, following internal controls.
• Help keep a healthy, respectful and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a mortgage closer.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulation and compliance (TRID, RESPA, closing documents).
• Experience guiding or training other team members.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available to work on-site in Miami.
• Team player with a collaborative and respectful attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with foreign national loans.
• Experience with non-QM, DSCR or commercial loans.
• Experience with remote closings and RONs.
• Experience in Initial loan disclosures and processing.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Florida Notary Public.
• Active use of AI tools.
