Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance, business, or related field and 0 years of experience in Sales or Service in Financial Industry or Mortgage OR High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Sales or Service in Financial Industry or Mortgage.
• Must complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
• Experience with cross-selling banking products and knowledge of loan documentation and banking processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and mortgage loan origination software.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: schedule appointments, answer inquiries, coordinate events, and update clients on loan process status.
• Documentation: manage point of sale documents, disclosure statements, mortgage loan applications, and file packaging.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with direct client communications and materials; support events and calls.
• Loan Proficiency: maintain knowledge of loan processes, documentation, and related regulations to assist clients.
