Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Agent to service non-delinquent loans and deliver a world-class customer experience via inbound/outbound calls and the VMF website.

The role reports to the Call Center Team Lead, requires mortgage knowledge, and strong communication with customers. It offers hybrid work: four days in-office, one day remote after training, with hours Mon–Thu 11am–8pm and Fri 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage products is a plus.
• Ability to adhere to CFPB and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle 50–70 inbound calls daily and 10–20 live chats.
• Assist customers with mortgage payments, escrow, and online account questions.
• Process research requests and document/email requests from customers.
• Support Welcome Call and Collections teams as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations in customer communications.
