Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is hiring a Call Center Agent to service non-delinquent, active loans and deliver a world-class customer experience through inbound and outbound calls and the VMF website.

The role reports to the Call Center Team Lead and requires mortgage knowledge and clear communication with customers. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule: four days in-office and one day remote after training, with a pay range of $20.39 to $23.99 per hour plus a bonus

Responsibilities

• Inbound Customer Service: Handles an average of 50-70 inbound phone calls daily.
• Outbound Customer Service: Completes outbound follow-up communications and re-allocations as needed.
• Administrative & Compliance Functions: Ensures compliance with state, federal and CFPB guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned: Performs additional tasks as needed.
