Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. in the United States seeks a Mortgage Branch Manager to drive production, lead the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee loan origination, build relationships with realtors and funders, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day operations in the Las Vegas region.

This role requires 5+ years in mortgage origination, an active NMLS license, Mandarin language ability, and strong leadership to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage origination experience.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive mortgage production and develop strategies to generate new business.
• Identify opportunities in markets including stated income, conventional, hard money, bridge loans, and private lending.
• Expand client base and foster relationships with realtors, funders, and partners.
• Recruit, train, and mentor loan officers and support staff to hit sales goals.
• Ensure loan applications comply with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Oversee day-to-day mortgage operations in the Las Vegas region, including pipeline management and loan processing through closing.
• Stay informed about market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
