Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Minimum 5 years in mortgage origination.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive mortgage production and develop strategies to generate new business.
• Lead and mentor loan officers and support staff to achieve sales and production goals.
• Oversee branch operations, pipeline management, and loan processing from start to close.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, funders, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
