Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp. is offering a Mortgage Banking Management Trainee program designed to train and develop recent graduates for a career in mortgage banking. The program includes six months of training at multiple offices across San Diego, Atlanta, Utah, and Rhode Island.

The role emphasizes learning credit, underwriting, operations, and sales, with a path to leadership in Sales Management and substantial commission income upon successful progression.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required along with college-level work experience.
• Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Mortgage banking experience not required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, organizational and math abilities.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
