Job summary

BOK Financial Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banker in Austin, TX to serve an established client base while developing new business. You will represent a full range of mortgage financing and maintain an active calling schedule to educate targeted sources about BOK Mortgage products.

Responsibilities include building relationships, guiding clients through lending processes, and training real estate agents on financing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 2–3 years mortgage lending experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• FHA/VA/Conventional and investor guidelines knowledge.
• Strong math and underwriting literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
• NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships for long-term sales success.
• Engage with the community to form meaningful connections.
• Generate business and close loans to ensure a seamless lending process.
• Collect and analyze clients' financial information for loan eligibility.
• Train new real estate agents and brokers on financing and guidelines.
