Job summary

Moder Solutions, LLC is seeking an Loan Assumption Supervisor to lead a team of processors handling NCQ and CQ files, ensuring SLA adherence and investor compliance. You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and drive throughput in a high-volume servicing environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines, strong leadership, and experience with LOS. You will coordinate with operations to optimize capacity and ensure accurate, timely closing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
5+ years of mortgage assumption or mortgage servicing experience.
1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Deep working knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac assumption guidelines.
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with TRID compliance and CD issuance requirements across assumption types.
Experience with RON platforms and digital closing workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of 5–10 Loan Assumption Processors; conduct regular 1:1s, team huddles, and performance reviews.
Monitor pipeline health, SLA risks, and gate aging; coordinate capacity planning and resource alignment.
Escalate complex files and ensure accurate documentation per investor guidelines.
Perform file audits and pre-submission reviews to ensure accuracy and investor compliance; enforce TRID standards.
Maintain SLA benchmarks (e.g., 24–48 hour Welcome call; NCQ/CQ cycle times) and report weekly metrics.
Drive improvements to maintain industry-leading pull-through rates; promote RON adoption for NCQ files.
Support borrower experience and manage escalations with dual-borrower communication across complex scenarios.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize workflows and resolve tool-related issues.
