Job summary

Stride Bank NA is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage mortgage processing, documentation, and onboarding workflows. The role focuses on building robust infrastructure, ensuring accurate collateral tracking, and efficient onboarding of counterparties.

The candidate will oversee purchases and sales processes, review funding documents, and coordinate with the Banking division for account openings, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience required.
• Process design and implementation experience required.
• Data management and reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including collateral tracking, documentation review, and servicing onboarding.
• Manages purchases; checks funding documents and creates and sends funding requests.
• Downloads and checks final documents; tracks collateral shipping and standardizes pipeline files.
• Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads.
• Assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales by preparing, organizing, and communicating biweekly trades, confirming pricing with sellers, and sending documentation for execution.
• Assists in the underwriting and onboarding of new clients by managing counterparty onboarding, requesting vendor reviews, and gathering counterparty information.
• Prepares initial company overview; coordinates with Banking division for account opening.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
