Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage seeks an Assistant Sales Manager/Team Leader to oversee 8-12 reverse mortgage loan officers, backed by a high-volume marketing machine providing LEADS. You will help the team hit daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and support pipeline management to ensure timely closings.

The role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and developing talent while collaborating with upper management to grow the HECM department. Base pay is competitive with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The Work:

The Sales Manager will assist the team to hit their Daily/Weekly/Monthly metrics as provided by Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

Base pay is roughly 70K + Bonus. Can be up to 100K+ with bonus opportunities.
