Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
• Sales, banking, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Competitive hourly pay during apprenticeship (preferred).
• Eligibility for performance incentives in later program phases (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Learn residential mortgage products, policies, and procedures.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Officers with applications and documentation.
• Collect borrower information and supporting documents.
• Conduct pre‑qualification data gathering under supervision.
• Maintain loan files and update systems accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and referral partners.
• Participate in Realtor and community outreach events.
• Adhere to all compliance, fair lending, and bank regulations.
