Job summary

Newrez LLC seeks a Business Analyst - Default Systems & Support to optimize workflow software like Black Knight LoanSphere and Tableau. You will gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement automation while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, with on-site work in a mortgage servicing environment. Experience in mortgage/default servicing is preferred and SQL/Tableau expertise is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical, quantitative, or analytical discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in mortgage or default servicing preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business unit, IT partners, and external firms to optimize system utilization.
• Create reports and assist the business units with ad hoc data.
• Proactively analyze and identify system enhancements to streamline workflow processes.
• Manage a project list, analyze prioritization based on cost benefit, and conduct prioritization meetings with management.
• Create and communicate detailed technical requirements to IT partners and non-technical staff.
• Develop process flows, job aids, and procedures for foreclosure, bankruptcy, and post-foreclosure processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for system troubleshooting and reporting enhancements.
