Job summary

Toll Brothers Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Reporting Engineer & Developer to design, build, and modernize data and reporting infrastructure at the Fort Washington corporate office. The role focuses on data warehouse, ETL, and real-time dashboards to support mortgage operations and compliance.

You will collaborate across Mortgage Ops, Underwriting, and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions using Power BI, Azure, and industry-standard reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing data / reporting architectures supporting real time data.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a modern Mortgage reporting infrastructure, data warehouse, ETL functions and reports for operations, metrics/KPIs, auditing, and real time dashboards.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Operations, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, Loan Production, and Compliance to understand processes and reporting needs.
• Work with developers to extract data via APIs and produce Power BI reports.
• Analyze legacy Crystal Reports and convert SQL logic to the new architecture for Power BI.
• Serve as Mortgage data liaison to Data Strategy, Azure Integration Services, and Database services.
• Lead full SDLC from requirements to deployment and training, provide production data quality support.
• Contribute to Mortgage IT roadmap and strategic initiatives.
